How are your parts shipped?
We ship our parts using both UPS and USPS. For smaller orders, you will generally see your order 5-7 business days after the order has been placed via USPS mail. For larger orders, it will likely be 7–10 business days before your order arrives via UPS.
I need my parts quicker, is there any way that I can expedite my shipping?
For most orders we do have expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Get in touch with our customer service team before placing your order Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time1 and we should be able to help you out.
I didn’t get the right parts, what do I do?
If there was a mix up with your order, we always want to make it right. Get in touch with our customer service team and we will make sure that you get the parts that you were looking for!
How can I reach your customer service department?
Our customer service department is open weekdays, Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.1 If you call during normal office hours, we should be able to answer your call, but if we don’t answer, leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. How can I request a manufacture certificate of origin (MCO) for registration?
To request an MCO, please email email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Full name, address, and phone number
- Model number of vehicle
- 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
Note: The location of the VIN on vehicle can be found in the Owner's Manual.
- Store name and address where purchased
- Scanned copy of receipt
My unit needs to be serviced/repaired, what should I do?
We have thousands of local Coleman Powersports authorized service centers set up across all 50 United States and Canada. If you’re in need of service and cannot locate a shop, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, we may be able to provide you with a shop in your local area.
My Coleman Powersports product is not working, what should I do?
If you are having trouble with your Coleman Powersports product, navigate to its page on our website where we have links to support videos to help with troubleshooting. If these videos do not help, get in touch with our customer service team weekdays between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.1
What payment options are there?
We can take payment from either Visa or Mastercard. If you do not have either a Visa or Mastercard, you can send a cash or check order to our physical address. If you do need to send a money order, just get in touch with our customer service team so that we can ensure we will receive your order.
I am interested in buying one of your products, why can’t I get one on your site?
We do not sell our units directly to customers; we sell them through dealers such as Tractor Supply, Walmart, and more. If you are interested in buying one of our products, but are not sure where to find it, get in touch with our customer service team—we should be able to point you in the right direction.
